Bob Drane
Founder & Partner
Bob founded GC after 35 years with world-class companies like Kraft, Quaker and IBM. He has held multiple senior leadership positions including EVP New Products, VP Marketing Research and VP Strategic Planning.
The true “father” of Oscar Mayer Lunchables, Bob has won numerous awards and is an Adjunct Professor at UW-Madison. He has been quoted in many national publications and is also a member of several boards. In his spare time Bob is an expert on Civil War history; just ask, sit back and enjoy the ride.
Moe Drane
Founder & Partner
Moe has solid credentials on the client side (Kraft/Oscar Mayer) but really honed his skills working on the agency side of the CPG industry. His 13 years of experience includes JWT, Cramer-Krasselt and Bozzel/Weber Shandwick. He has lead consumer thinking and client management for Unilever, Kraft, Roche and Bombardier
Moe has extensive experience leading teams in creating, positioning and naming new products. He is a creativity systems expert and has taught “Fast-Forward Prototyping” at UW-Madison Business School. Moe has five children, so his spare time is spent chasing kids.
Mark Schweiger
Partner
Mark has over 17 years of line management experience including The JM Smucker Company and Kraft Foods (Tombstone, Oscar Mayer). In addition, he was co-founder of two consumer product start-up companies. Both start ups went from concept to market penetration to successful exit; one was sold to a Fortune 500 firm and one was sold to a global European firm.
Mark has deep experience in marketing, sales, strategy, channels, general management and entrepreneurship. He serves as a director on several boards and is a diehard UW Badger fan.

Before Growth Catalysts, our founder was the lead strategist and development champion of Oscar Mayer ® Lunchables ®, which is now a billion dollar brand. That experience resulted in many of the core principles and methodologies that Growth Catalyst continues to refine and use today.
